01 — Positioning

Bring the scope, drawings and target dates. Painting and finishing requirements are reviewed together before a proposal is prepared.

Large buildings are judged on the last five percent of the work.

We take on painting and wall finishing packages where the standard is visible: lobbies, corridors, tenant improvements, handover units and guest-facing spaces. The work is planned around occupancy, not around our convenience, and documented so your team can defend it later.

For builders and property managers, the brief may include outstanding deficiencies, a revised handover date or one finish standard across several sites. Share those constraints with the enquiry so they can be reviewed in the proposal.

03 — Sectors

Where the work happens.

Different buildings fail for different reasons. The scope is written for the sector, not for a generic repaint.
