Lead-generation role, independent contractor responsibility and limits of website information.
Lead generation, not performance of the work
This website collects project enquiries and facilitates potential introductions. It is not the contractor under a customer's service agreement merely because the customer used this site. The entity named in the accepted quotation or contract is responsible for the work it agrees to perform. Confirm that entity before paying a deposit or authorising work.
Responsibility for contractor services
The platform does not supervise sites, employ a referred contractor's workers, inspect or certify completed work, guarantee workmanship, or insure contractor performance through the act of making a referral. Contractors are responsible for their own work, materials, personnel, safety, permits, pricing, taxes, damage, insurance and warranties. The platform does not resolve a contractor dispute as the contractor's guarantor.
Information, images and AI
Service descriptions and articles are general guidance. They are not a substitute for a site inspection, manufacturer instructions or qualified professional advice. AI responses can contain errors. Measurements and scope summaries must be verified before use in a quotation. Architectural imagery may be generated or illustrative and is not evidence of completed projects. Advertising is not a quality guarantee.
Estimates and availability
An enquiry receipt is not a booking or contract. Draft estimates and indicative scope information are not binding unless an identified provider expressly issues and accepts a final agreement. Rates, availability, technical suitability and timelines require confirmation with that provider.
Legal limits
These statements apply only to the extent allowed by law. They do not remove non-waivable consumer or privacy rights or exclude responsibility for the platform's own conduct where the law imposes it. No website disclaimer can promise immunity from every claim. Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy together with this page.
Contact
For an issue with the website or an enquiry record, use the Contact page and identify this website and any enquiry reference. For work already contracted, use the contractor's contact and complaint process set out in your agreement.
