Terms for using this lead-generation website and submitting a project enquiry.

Platform role

This website is a lead-generation, project-enquiry and referral platform. The platform operator does not undertake, supervise or guarantee painting, repairs, construction or other on-site work merely because an enquiry is submitted here. References to services describe potential project categories. A referral, advertisement or introduction is not a certification or warranty of a contractor's suitability.

Your enquiry

You must be an adult with authority to provide the project and property information you submit. Provide accurate details and only upload material you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful content, another person's private information without authority, or sensitive access/security information. Submission authorises the enquiry-related handling disclosed in the Privacy Policy and the form. It is not an order, booking, binding quotation, acceptance or construction agreement.

Independent contractor agreement

Any on-site service must be agreed directly with the identified contractor under a separate written agreement. Before accepting work, verify the contractor's legal identity, credentials relevant to the work, insurance, scope, price, tax, scheduling, payment terms, permits, safety responsibilities and warranty. The contractor is responsible for its representations, personnel, subcontractors, methods, workmanship, materials, legal compliance, site safety, damage, delays and contractual obligations. The platform does not collect a construction payment or provide a workmanship warranty through this public enquiry process.

No guaranteed result

We do not guarantee a contractor response, match, site visit, availability, acceptance, price, completion date or project outcome. Preliminary measurements, automated summaries and draft documents require verification. Coverage is assessed individually. You remain free to decline an introduction and to obtain other quotations.

Advertising and commercial relationships

Advertising placements and referral relationships may have a commercial purpose. Paid placement is not proof of quality, independent vetting or endorsement. Advertisers and referred providers are responsible for their own offers and services. The Privacy Policy and enquiry notice describe the categories of providers that may receive an enquiry.

Use of content and systems

Articles, AI answers and illustrations provide general information, not professional advice or a site-specific specification. Do not rely on them for hazardous work or regulated trades. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files or interfere with other users. You retain ownership of your submitted material and permit its processing only as needed for the disclosed enquiry purposes and lawful records.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator does not assume liability for an independent contractor's acts, omissions, work, materials, charges, warranties or disputes. This allocation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove statutory consumer or privacy rights, excuse the platform's own unlawful conduct, or override any obligations it expressly assumes in a separate agreement. Claims about workmanship should be raised with the contracting provider; platform or privacy concerns can be raised through our contact channel.

Applicable law and changes

These website terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to you. Nothing requires you to waive access to a regulator, court or a remedy protected by law. Revised terms apply prospectively when posted; an existing service contract with a contractor remains subject to its own terms. Questions may be raised through the Contact page, identifying this website.

Subcontractor applications

Applying does not create employment, agency, a franchise, exclusivity or a promise of work, income or territory. Declarations must be accurate and current. Credentials, insurance and eligibility must be reviewed for the relevant project before a contractor is represented as approved; approval is not a guarantee of future performance. The contractor remains responsible for its own business, personnel, tax, safety and contractual duties. Project pricing and any applicable referral arrangements require separate agreement.
